Refund Policy
Section 1:
Due to the biological nature of our formulation, we cannot accept returns on opened or used units.
To maintain facility integrity, only sealed tamper evident packaging is eligible for return consideration.
Section 2:
Return requests must be logged within 14 days after the delivery date.
Units must be in their original , uncompromised state to qualify for a refund.
Section 4:
The customer is responsible for all logistic fees associated with returning a non-defective unit to our Kingston facility.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Section 3:
If a formulation arrives compromised or damaged during transit, please provide a visual log (photo) to our facility within 48 hours of receipt.
Approved defects will trigger a priority replacement or a full credit to the original payment method.
Units must be in their original , uncompromised state to qualify for a refund.
