Shipping Policy
Section 01:
All formulations are hand - batched in Kingston.
Due to rigorous quality standards, please allow a 7-day lead time for order preparation and lab clearance prior to dispatch.
Section 02:
Distribution is currently limited to the island of Jamaica.
Once cleared from the lab, transit times typically range from 24-48 hours, this is dependent on the parish.
Section 03:
Rhum does not support international logistics or out-of-country delivery at this moment.
Any orders placed within a non-domestic shipping address will be automatically voided and refunded.
Section 04:
Rhum is not liable for delays caused by carrier logistics once the batch has been handed over.
