Section 1:
By accessing the Rhum digital interface, you agree to these operational protocols and the laws of
Jamaica.
We reserve the right to restrict access to the lab archive or store sections at our discretion without prior notice.
Section 2:
All products are hand-made in our Kingston facility. Variation in texture and color are indicators of raw material integrity and are not considered defects.
While we strive for data accuracy, we are not responsible for typographical errors or technical inaccuracies regarding batch descriptions or pricing.
Section 3:
Unauthorized replication of the Rhum aesthetic or proprietary research is a breach of intellectual property law.
Section 4:
Our formulations are for external application only. Rhum is not liable for liable for individual skin reactions or allergies.
REQUIRED PROTOCOL:
Perform a patch test on skin 24 hours prior to full use.
Section 5:
Orders are confirmed once processed by the lab. We reserve the right to cancel orders that violate our shipping zone or batch limits.

Section 6:
These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica. Any disputes shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of Jamaica.
